8 Hour Meditation Marathon Details (Leonie Condotel)

Details For: 3rd May Saturday 10pm to 4th May Sunday 6am (2025)

Location: Leonie Condotel at 2 Leonie Hill, Singapore 239192. It is 5 minutes walk from Great World MRT (TE 15) – take Exit 5. If you’re driving just let the Security Guard know you’re going to Swarnali’s unit and park at the visitor parking.

Unit: Exact unit is given in the WhatsApp Group where you registered.

First Timer?: If this is your first time doing a Dr. Joe Dispenza Guided Group Meditation, please read the following: First Timers’ Information.

Rough Agenda For This Group Meditation (exact timing and agenda may differ slightly on the day)

  • Saturday 21:30: You can start arriving from this time
  • Saturday 22:15: We will start our first Dr. Joe Dispenza Group meditation.
  • Sunday 6:00am: We finish our event at this time – sometimes we do one more for those who want to stay on.
  • Post Meditation (optional): Normally people stay on and chat for some time and then a small group will normally go to Great World City for breakfast and continue our conversation.
  • Note: We normally have about 5 to 10 minutes of breaks between meditations

Possible Meditations We’re Doing

  • Normally 2 of the “Blessing Of The Energy Centers (BOTEC)” meditations (around 1 hr 10mins each)
  • “Tuning In To New Potentials” (52 mins)
  • “Pineal Gland Meditation” (1.5 hrs inclusive of Introduction by Dr. Joe)
  • 1 of the “Synchronizing Your Energy” (“A New Life”, “Abundance”, “Health”, “Love”, etc.) meditations (around 1 hr 10 mins)
  • “Space-Time, Time-Space” (1hr 13 mins)

Other Notes: About The Room, Things To Bring, etc.

  • There will be chairs for people to sit on – but please bring your yoga mat if you’d like to also.
  • Bring something warm (blanket/jacket) as it could get cold in the room (highly recommended!)
  • Bring an eye mask if you want to block out the light
  • Also, you can bring some light and healthy snacks for the group if you want to. There will be about 5 to 10 minutes’ break between meditations. Don’t bring something too heavy as it’s best not to eat too much overnight.
  • If you’re going to be coming late because of work (try not to), the door the unit will be left open. Contact the security for access to the lift – let them know you’re going to Swarnali’s place. Please do NOT ring the door bell. Just come in quietly and don’t disturb anyone as there may be a meditation going on.
