1. First Timers
Every face-to-face group meditation, we always have a number of first-timers. Some people are familiar with Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings and meditations and some not so familiar. You're welcome to join us even though you don't have that much experience - or any at all.
In order to make your experience of the Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditations that we do more meaningful and enjoyable, here are 3 things that you should try to familiarize yourself with as you'll encounter them in the meditations that we do:
- Understanding Dr. Joe Dispenza's "Breath" (i.e. The Breathing Method He Teaches)
- Understanding What Joe Dispenza Means By Being Aware Of Or Sensing "Space"
- Understanding The 7/8 Energy Centers

2. Understanding Dr. Joe Dispenza's "Breath" (i.e. The Breathing Method He Teaches)
