Wednesday evening, upon arriving at a workshop, I ordered room service. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, so I informed the hotel. They were extremely apologetic and immediately offered to remove the meal from my bill as compensation, which I gratefully accepted.

After completing the meditation, I returned to my hotel room and was astonished to find a box with a bow and a card with my name on it placed on my bed. Incidentally, it was also my birthday that day, though few people were aware of this fact. The card was from the room service staff, offering another apology for the previous night’s mix-up, along with a box of chocolates.
